Code of Conduct
WIP Industries Sweden must be a responsible employer. Operations and employees must be managed and met with respect and consideration for human rights, human safety and health, and for the environment. That is why we have our "Code of Conduct", our code of conduct. The code of conduct is parts of our corporate culture that we create together and that we want to be proud of.

1 Responsibility for the company's property
Our basic principle is that we, as employees, should handle the company's resources with care.
2 Responsibility for employees
Another of our basic principles is that we as companies and individual employees must comply with the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the ILO's core conventions.
3 Responsibility for the environment
Our basic principle is that we, as companies and individual employees, should strive to reduce our environmental impact and use our natural resources wisely.
4 Responsibility for sales and marketing
Our basic principle is that we, as companies and individual employees, must carry out business support activities in a fair and honest manner.
5 Responsibility for society
Our basic principle is that we, as companies and individual employees, must get involved and contribute positively to development in the communities in which we operate.
